We are extremely committed to helping you become satisfied with your amazing new brows, lashes, lips or eyeliners Because client’s happiness is our utmost priority, we tend to have a waitlist for the microblading and tattooing services.
We have a policy in place that requires a $100 non-refundable/non-transferable deposit for the Microblading or tattooing appointment. There is a $50 deposit for touch-up appointments. The deposit will be applied to the service total, and the remaining amount for the scheduled service will be collected at the time of appointment. Any appointments made without the above-mentioned deposit are not confirmed appointments (exemption applies). If you cancel with in 48 hours of your appointment or no-show for a service that requires a deposit, you are not entitled to a refund of the said deposit.
Rescheduling: Microblading or tattooing Appointments:
You MUST call or text to reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your appointment. If you cancel or request for rescheduling within 48 hours, your deposit will forfeit, and an additional security deposit must be given before booking another appointment.
We understand that last minute emergencies come up, but we do ask for at least 2 day’s notice before rescheduling your appointment. If you do find yourself in a bind and need to reschedule within more than 48 hour’s notice, we will reschedule your appointment 1 time only without a charge. If you need to reschedule 2nd time, we will forfeit your deposit. it will be considered a cancellation and the deposit will not be refunded, please call or text to reschedule, if necessary.
